A group of 16 students from Shanghai American School Pudong Campus are going to travel to a local place, Yunnan in China and stay there for 28 days. The students will be experiencing the local place's cultures and traditions and working on their own tasks that they are interested in. We will be interviewing the artisans who have become proficient at each of our areas and learn some professional skills from them. We first had a large list of what we could work on in Yunnan. All of us needed a bit of time to consider which topics fascinated the most and selected three topics.
