I think it is important for me to talk to the locals and learn their point of view in things.  Perhaps I could interview some experts in what my topic is, or just go and explore. I would love to just take a day and walk around... getting to know the village, some people. :)

I did quite a lot of BACKGROUND research on my topic which you can view Here.

I am still curious as to HOW EXACTLY the Dali Government is spending the mentioned 2 billion RMB (US$299Million.)

An important part of research is finding helpful resources. I think I could use keywords like : Water Treatment; Yunnan; Erhai Lake; Algae Bloom; Water Recycling; Irrigation System; Water Grade; Wastewater Treatment Rural China; while doing an online search using a search engine such as Google.

As I approach the Final Phase of my Inquiry Project, it is important for me to consider HOW exactly to report my findings. I think my main point that I hope to share is that it is important to spread knowledge to locals about better ways to clean or treat their water so as to promote a more sustainable and long-term solution. I will do this by creating a keynote on "if I was to help a village improve and ensure water quality, what would I do."
