Day 9: Free Day

Today morning the six brave souls woke up around 7:00AM and we went to watch the sunrise. It was absolutely amazing, watching the sun rise over the mountain, reflecting onto the lake, glistening in the light. After our "terrace time", we went back to our campsite and packed our tents and bags. Then we hopped onto our bus and headed back.

The weekend is our free time, so once we got back, I ate some breakfast consisting of banana muffins, banana, carrot cake, and noodles. After breakfast, I took a nice long shower. Today I feel like I didn't really do much, it was just a very chill day. I ate a pack of Jason's beef jerky, then I read a bit of my IRR book.

My IRR book is called Between Heaven and Earth: A Guide To Chinese Medicine and it is very interesting. I read several chapters on Qi and Yin and Yang. I cannot wait to finish the book.

The sunrise sounds GREAT! I wish I was there. Tell me about the summary after you are done with your IRR book! Sounds "interesting".
