Day 3: Chillin' in the courtyard

Day 3 here at Xizhou! We finally get to be free and take care of ourselves. We have been given great responsibilty which is sweet yet scary. The first thing I did with my freedom is take a walk to the Linden Center. I am currently sitting in the courtayrd as piano music fills the air. As you look up, the sky is blue and cloudless, which is usual Xizhou weather. I still can not believe I am here at this beautiful place. I keep thinkng about all my friends back at home in LA class but I am here. Day 3 has been nice. Tomorrow is our first day of total responsibility. It should be interesting!

Wow, Xizhou seems pretty

Wow, Xizhou seems pretty relaxing and beautiful! The hallways back in Shanghai seem pretty empty without you all! Hope you guys have a lot of fun! Eat awesome food, and most importantly, don't forget us!! Some of us are already on the countdown for when you guys come back.

Missing you all from your polluted and dirty city home far far away

Hey Alex. You asked who I was

Hey Alex. You asked who I was?
Well... I'm just someone you wouldn't expect. :) See you guys soon!

We had MAP testing today...bummer. Well, now the hallways are pretty spacious with all of you gone. I kind of miss the fully packed hallways!

Thinking of you all while studying elements and atoms

Alex,

It is cold here! Super cold, I hope you are warm enough there and enjoying beautiful stars and clean air. Today was a busy day because report cards were due from our teachers. So many teachers are asking about you and thinking of you. I hope you are having good fortune searching your questions and finding answers. We miss you immensely!

big love, xxxoo

Hey guys, I'm Alex! I lived in Washington D.C, US for 11 years and have lived in Shanghai for almost 3 years now. I love to travel, eat, and learn about new things! I am here at Xizhou and loving it. The highlights are the kind people, the blue skies and starry nights, delicious food, and the outdoors. So far, thumbs up! It feels like it is going by too fast
