Day 27: Our Last Day

Unfortunately, today is our last full day in Xizhou. Everyone finally has our work done, and the feeling of satisfaction is overwhelming(check out the picture above). From the beginning of Microcampus, we had Phase 0,1,and 2 Completed and Approved, and now that we are at Day 27, everything is Completed and Approved. Anyway, for lunch all of us ate out, so that we could say our goodbyes with the people we have connected with. After lunch, Mr. T bought us the ice cream that he owed us from Day 15 when he lost his one-sided bet. This last day was mainly a day of chilling and wrapping up our work. I will definitely miss everything about Xizhou, from the sky full of stars to the seeing the pig brain at a restuarant. Goodbye Xizhou!

My name is Cara L. and I am 13 years old. I lived in California for the first 3 years of my life, then my family and I moved to Shanghai. This is my second year at SAS, and before coming here I went to another private school in Shanghai. Some of my hobbies include sports, being outdoors, and traveling. I like sports in general, but my favorites are swimming, soccer, and basketball. During my free time, I like to hang out with my friends and spend time with my family. I was in Xizhou in the November of 2015 with the Nutty Narwhals. Microcampus was truly a wonderful experience, so thank you to everyone who made this an unforgettably journey.
