Day 27: Goodbye

Today is the last full day here in Xizhou, and I will miss this place very dearly, as well as the people in Xizhou. After staying 28 days here, it has become my home, and I do not think I will ever forget this place and the people here.

I will never forget the food I have had here and the owners of the people here. I will miss the people I have hung out with over the course of 28 days, and I do not want to leave Xizhou so soon. I will never forget the views here In Xizhou, from the Linden Centre Terrace to the Canola Flower Fields to Si Fang Jie, these are all views that will always stay in my memory.

I wish I can stay in contact with other people on this trip, from our service-learning partner to the Linden Centre staff to Mr. T and Ms. Mai. I will never forget Xizhou, and I will come back whenever I get the chance to. Goodbye, Microcampus. Goodbye, Xizhou.

Hey guys! I'm Joanne, and I'm 14 years old, and this is my 8th year at SAS. I was born in the US, but now I live and go to school in Shanghai. Being in Xizhou is amazes me, and I am thrilled to be able to be chosen to go on this trip to Xizhou. On this trip, I mainly want to learn about the arts and culture at Xizhou. I hope to get to bond with others and have fun on this trip to Xizhou.
