Day 19: Bike Ride!

Today I was able to talk to the same person from Tongji University and find out more information. I think I was able to confirm answers and get all my questions answered as well. Another thing we did today was a girls' bike ride around for about two hours. We went to this temple that was not for tourist attractions. The unique part of this place was that it seemed to be a self made temple by the people who actually lived because the proportions were not the same and each and ever part look special and different in it's own way. It was very different to the other temples that I had been to before. We also had speed races with each other and were able to go as fast as we wanted. After that we went to the aqueducts (that was not in use at the moment) and just had a bit of peace and quiet as we sat on them (no we did not fall in). Well today was interesting. Looking forward to tomorrow!

Day 19

Time flies. Mom and dad actually became little "used to" your absence. Our home is little too quiet without a noisy girl. :-) Hope you can call back home from time to time to break the silence at home!

Lucky you have met a student studying Architecture. I will check your enquiry postings later.

Work hard! And Play Crazy!! Enjoy the rest of your independent days in Dali.

Hey I'm Clara. I'm an 8th Grader in Shanghai American School Puxi. I am Korean though I've lived in Korea for four years, the US for two, Singapore for six and Shanghai for about a year and a half. I love challenges and trying new things. I so excited about being in Xizhou.
