Day 17: Getting Back Into the Routine
Today after getting up, all my muscles were sore and so were all my roomates. We slowly dragged ourselves out of bed and managed to almost tumble down the stairs for breakfast. Breakfast cheered me up a bit. I gained more energy to move and did not feel as sore as I did when I woke up. Getting back into our routine took all of us some time and by the end of SAS Essentials we were all pepped up. During WIPPIS Time Wellness, no one went to exercise as we were all tired but instead we all worked on our wellness reflection. After completing my Wellness Reflection, this gave me time to work longer on my Inquiry Project which is nice because we only have until Wednesday to complete it.
