Day 11: Hacky Sack

Today was mostly the same as all the other days. Laura and I practiced hacky sack today. It's just hitting this sack with sand or beans inside with any part of our body (mostly feet) to pass the sack around. We have been practicing quite a bit these days. We are improving from not being able to hit the ball at all to at least being able to hit the ball once or twice and if we are lucky we pass it back and forth. For committee meetings, we were all standing in a circle practicing hacky sack though most of us can barely play including me.

"My memories are inside me - they're not things or a place - I can take them anywhere." Said Olivia Newton-John. These hacky sack memories will always be with me even when I'm not in XiZhou anymore. Every part of Microcampus is and will be a memory that I will hold dearly. They will come with me back to Shanghai. As Olivia Newton said we can take our memories with us anywhere. I will be taking all these memories out here back to Shanghai and possibley sharing them with others.

This is an unforgettable trip so far and I don't regret coming. Mr. T did say we will have that stage but I am not sure I will. This trip so far is truely amazing. Lastly, I can't wait for Mr. T's Wizz-Bang All Star Super Duper Trivia Night tonight!

My memories are inside me - they're not things or a place - I can take them anywhere.

My name is Annie Y. I am part of the Superior Microcampus group. As of March 4, 2017, I arrived in Xizhou. We stayed in Xizhou for 28 days. Those 28 days has been such a unforgettable experience. I got to connect with the people here. They were very nice and welcoming. The weather was really nice. There was pretty blue skies and puffy white clouds. I miss everything about Xizhou and the Microcampus experience.
